MECHANICAL PROJECT ENGINEER - MEP MAIN CONTRACTOR - LIMERICK

JOB DESCRIPTION

Our client is a leading Main MEP Contractor working on projects in
Ireland and across mainland Europe.

This is an excellent opportunity to progress your career with a
leading contractor

As a Mechanical Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in our project
development and implementation process. You will conduct technical
assessments, prepare reports, coordinate with Stakeholders, and ensure
project milestones are achieved while working closely with a
multidisciplinary team of engineers and industry experts to
successfully deliver cutting edge projects.

Our current requirement allows for a full-time position based at the
Company’s project in Limerick.

Report to the Project Manager on project progress, risks and issues.

Liaise with the suppliers/specialist contractor to ensure equipment is
successfully commissioned.

Ability to develop and review mechanical design with project team.

Design reviews, validate equipment and systems.

Complete technical submittals, equipment registers and trackers.

Review Quality on site walking down systems to ensure compliance with
project team.

REQUIREMENTS

Mechanical Engineering / Building Services Degree essential.

Minimum 3 years’ experience of building services preferably.

Excellent IT skills required.

Experience in Revit would be advantageous.

Excellent organisational and planning skills.

Excellent communication skills and ability to work well in a team.

Ability to work as part of a large multi-disciplinary team.
